Brand & strategy work typically ranges 25,000 – 150,000 SAR depending on scope. Ongoing direction is 25,000 – 50,000 SAR / month. Consulting is a flat session fee. We'll quote precisely after we see the brief.

How long does a project usually take?

A full brand strategy + identity is 6 – 10 weeks. A visual refresh is 4 – 6 weeks. Ongoing marketing direction is a quarterly cadence. Consulting can be a single session or weekly engagement.

What do I actually receive at the end?

Concrete deliverables — positioning document, messaging architecture, identity system files (logo, type, colors, applications), brand book, and a usage guide. Plus a 60-min handover session. No vague slides.

Do you work with brands outside Saudi Arabia?

Yes — but we specialize in the Saudi market and brands building for it. Our value is sharpest with founders who care about Arabic-first or bilingual brand systems.

Do you offer exclusivity or category protection?

Yes. We take on a maximum of 2 active engagements per category per year. So if we're building a coffee brand, we won't take another one in parallel.

How do we communicate during a project?

WhatsApp for quick syncs. Weekly 30-min calls for review and approvals. A shared Notion or Drive folder for files. We respect your time — no daily check-ins unless the project needs it.

Can we work on a fixed budget?

Yes. Most engagements are fixed-fee with clearly scoped deliverables. We don't bill by the hour — we bill by the outcome. Changes outside scope are quoted separately, never sneaked in.

What happens after I submit the discovery form?

Within 24 working hours, we reply on WhatsApp or email — whichever you picked. If we're a good fit, we schedule a 45-min discovery call. After the call, you get a proposal within 5 business days.
